  2. Not for a "normal" skate.

There used to be an offshoot of the Rollerblade company called Switchit that had a hockey style blade and inline frame but they were really poor skates and went out of business.

The nordic skates are really designed for touring on frozen lakes and rivers.  The blade is primarily hinged at the toe and I wouldn't want to try turning on a typical rink with them.

Speed skate blades have the same mounting points as many of the better inline skates.  Deffinately not cheap and I want to find some used ones for the few times I skate on ice in the winter.

Hockey and figgure skates tend to mount with plates on the base of the boot that are not interchangable with anything else.
