Is there any romance in the anime/manga "Shakugan no Shana" ?

I'd like to know if it's romance like...

One or both of them like one another, but they never tell eachother

or one of both of them like eachother, and they end up telling eachother.

Is it deeply into romance? (the main characters, shana and the boy) or is it just lightly?

You can say that, but....it's like.....

Girl #1 likes a person but another one(Girl #2) likes the same person as Girl #1 So.....

In some scenes with action it has to do with some romance...

In my opinion,  I think that its just light in romance stuff.
