i want to cancel my visa due to some problem. Is there any possible to rejoin immediately. If not , what are the recoveries

First you have to go by the work contract you signed. If it's a limited one, you have to fullfill it. Otherwise you may face a one year Immigration ban.

Being on an unlimited contract, you have to stay with your current sponsor unless you want to pay Dhs 500 per month the "not fullfilling one year" fees.

If you are on an unlimited contract for longer than one year you can resign giving a 1 month notice. It is possible to rejoin another company immediately if your current sponser provides you with a NOC. Otherwise a 6 months ban will be imposed automatically by the MOL and you are not allowed to work during this ban period unless you take employment at any Free Zone.
