Is there any scholarship in France universities for non French people?

I would like to learn French language for some years and study something like International relation after I learned the lanuage. I wonder if there is any scholarship in France universities for non French people who want to learn French language and be in undergraduate program after the learning of the language.

If you live within the European Union you should try the Erasmus Scolarship. Otherwise, you should check if your school has any kind of partnership with a French school.

French universities are WAY cheaper than US one though.
