Is there any schooling for party/wedding planning?

Some places do offer certificates (or just training) in event planning, hospitality, business, etc - usually at the community college level. You'd probably need to look at the places in your area to see if they offer a program.

That said, a wedding planner or party planner doesn't need to have a degree or certification to work.
