  1. Yes, ayurveda works, in many cases it is seen to be useful only. In relieving pain and in treating many general problems it works. What is the use of SPA, why is it so popular today in the fast technological life?

    In a spa treatment, everything is natural, ayurveda is in full use here, and it helps people to treat stress and many other problems.  Think of our ancestors, they all used ayurveda for any disease they suffer from.  You need more proof? Trust it is not going to harm, it heals in a natural and soothing way.
