  1. Have you ever heard of Heritage Makers?

It is an online (completely web-based, so there is never any software to download) Storybooking company.

Heritage Makers specializes in telling the story behind the photos, not just creating a scrapbook. I have personal experience with this too, I have created books to tell the story of my daughter's first year, a vacation I took with some friends to Disneyland, a 'Daddy's Brag Book' and I am currently working on my family's story. My great grandparents came from Italy and they died a few years ago and my daughter never had a chance to meet them, but she will know who they were, where they came from, how they met, where they lived, their values, etc. Many people I know that use Heritage Makers start with stories like these--a friend of mine designed a book for her great grandfather and it starts when he was young and just goes through the years of his life. Her family loved it and most everyone wanted a copy--which is great because it is super simple to order additionals and even get them at a discounted price when ordering 4 or more!

Heritage Makers online system, Studio, allows you to completely design, from cover to cover, your very own library bound, hard-back book. These are NOT the cheap, impersonal photobooks you see online everywhere, these are very high-quality (acid, lignon, and chlorine free paper) books that will last for generations. There are over 50,000 pieces of artwork including but not limited to: backgrounds, embellishments, such as: ribbon, alphabets, buttons, brads, hinges, tape, screws, bows, jewels, photo corners/anchors, borders, and so on, plus an extensive quote library, text fonts, and even fully templated pages and/or books. The sky is the limit with what you can create. You said you don't want poppong colors and would rather have pretty neutrals instead--that is absolutely possible with this, and you don't have to spend hours or days at Michaels trying to plan out each page so you know what to buy. With this you just drag and drop each item, if you don't like it, remove it and try again.

Studio is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is accessable from any computer connected to the internet, so you can work on your projects whenever you want.

The prices are not bad either! How much do you think you spend on an average scrapbook? $200--probably at least that--and how may copies do have? 1, and how much left over material do you have left? Tons. Heritage Makers' books start at $35 and the most expensive one (which is 13 x 11, leather bound with a custom dust jacket) is still only $129.95!! You cannot find a better deal with as much freedom for personal expression!

Feel free to email me too if you would like, I can send you all the current project specials and even tell you about the ones that are not listed! Don't worry--I will not spam you!
