Just wondering if find a good deal for a double room would be easier in summer (maybe because a lot of people are living the country) or if in September it would be easer?

  1. Forget central London, they don't do cheap.

    Reason: They don't need too.

You're better off looking at the suburbs, or the east end, and south east London, for a more affordable stay.

PS: Check to see if there are any major events in the part of town you decide too stay in before enquiring, hotels always sell out well in advance.

  2. Prices aren't seasonal in London.
