Yes, with any drug there are side effects (and drug contraindications).

You must make sure it is prescribed as well, never buy it from the internet.

Abnormal vision, acid indigestion, diarrhea, flushing, headache, nasal congestion, urinary tract infection.

The more serious ones are heart attack, stroke, heart irregularities, dangerous surges in blood pressure, and sudden death have all been reported after taking Viagra (typically during or shortly after intercourse). Though generally, those people have had preexisiting cardiac factors.

As well Priapsim can happen. Its very painful and is an emergency.
