Is there any significance to seeing a person recur in your dreams?

I keep seeing this guy I don't know him I talked to him one time while he was working. now in every dream I have he is working at a place and I keep talking to him like in my last dream he rembered from the first time we meet

He's obviously in your mind.  I think you should really just talk to him next time you see him.  There's a reason why your subconscious is thinking about him

It could be your subconscious trying to tell you something.  Think about the context of your dream.  Is he the ' good guy ' in your dream?    That kind of thing.   It could be intuition tryinng to tell you something about him,
