does any one know of any similar anime to "nagasarete Airantou"

its a good anime very funny , this boy gets stuck on an island full of woman but its no paradise, but yeah its funny i've been looking for any thing similar but so far no luck

Yes. But first of all, don't watch Ouran High School Host Club unless you like animes where a female protagonist crossdresses into a boy and goes to a high school. It is the exact opposite of the Nagasarete Airantou because they focus on one girl and like 30 boys. Of course if you're female it probably won't bug you since that anime is a shoujo genre. To answer your question, try watching Negima; it's about some guy that starts teaching at a school for females only. Involves comedial situations with the protagonist and the girls he teaches.
