Let me say that i never drive drunk (been to too many funerals) but if you smoke a 'cirarette' friday night, and get tested saturday night (and by then you'd be totally straight) you could still get done, as it picks it up for the last 24 hours! (not fair!!)

when u r enjoying it, its not fair.  if u r at the receiving end of it - an accident or death, it may still be fair to blame it on something else.

no there's no random drug testing here.  

just drink dont drive
