  1. That 16-digit number won't do you any good anyway. Once you've reported the card lost, they cancel that number. The new card you get in the mail will have a totally new 16-digit number.

  2. no stupid

  3. There are some that haven't asked me for the 3 digit code but most do.  You can contact  your bank about a new card or to get the code number.  However, your indication that you can't get a new one for awhile indicates to me that  you might have a problem with that card.  Banks usually can send  you out a card and it arrive fairly soon.  So a great deal could affect why you can't get a card right away  It is also possible that you found a card and are trying to find a way to make purchases on the card.

I trust that whoever lost the card has reported it lost and possibly stolen.  So making a purchase on a lost card could result in an alert.  Your bank should be able, after you verify our identity, give  you that number and should be able to get a card out to you right away or a couple of weeks at the latest.

  4. no its a security code. if you lost it, call your bank.

  5. If this were legit, you'd probably indicate WHAT YOU WANT TO BUY.  Since you are just looking for any random site, that makes me think you are simply trying to use a stolen card.

  6. no, thats why it is a security code, so if someone steals a look at the front, it will not do any good

  7. "Lost" cards sound suspiciously like stolen cards, especially if you don't have your account number.
