I should hope not.  What a racket they have going on there.  Its set up so that its always in the family.  Bunch of inbreads.  What they call royalty in England we call hillbillys in the states.  Are they good for anything besides living high on the hog while everyone else pays for their lifestyle?  Glad I'm not English.

nope. it`s a constitutional monarchy, she can rule provided she doesnt try to make us do anything and so long as we allow it. we cannot get rid of the monarchy, who wants inbred rednecks on their five pound notes?

If Parliament and her majesty's ministers found themselves unable to continue government functions on her behalf, lets say for example due to a war or terrorist attack, then Elizabeth,   would temporarily resume the traditional duties of the crown. She would become the executive until a new government could form.

The Queen could, theoretically, take temporary control of the United Kingdom were her Prime Minister (currently Gordon Brown) be found never to have lied. The discovery of a totally honest politician would send shock waves through the nation and make it ungovernable by Parliament, which would allow the Queen to take control.
