  2. Of course there is. There's plenty. I mean it's nothing compared to Japan or Europe, but it's here.

Thredbo, Mt Bulla, Mt Hotham, Perisher Blue

  3. Absolutely no snow fall in western Australia.

Victoria is the most obvious choice along with n.s.w.

    Mostly the eastern states.

  4. Snow regularly falls in the mountain areas of New South Wales, Victoria, and southern Tasmania.  The mountain resorts of both NSW and Victoria are great places to ski in winter.

Snow can also occasionally fall outside these areas eg Canberra, Orange, Bathurst, Glen Innes.  And also, but rarely, in the mountain ranges of Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland.

  5. Basically in the Mountains of Victoria/New South Wales and Tasmania. Snowfall in other places is very rare.

    Common Snow areas are:

    Cabramurra

    Charlotte Pass

    Falls Creek

    Hunters Hill

    Lake Mountain

    Lookout Hill

    Melbourne Area (not the city)

    Mt. Ginini

    Mt.Baw Baw

    Mt.Buffalo

    Mt.Buller

    Mt.Hotham

    Perisher

    Selywn

    Thredbo

None of the big cities have snow commonly, most never have snow and some do incredibly rarely. It's typically limited to mountain areas in south eastern Australia.

  6. Victoria and New South wales

  7. Untill about three or four days ago most places were still grass, however, now that is not the case. This site will do the trick, i'm going skiing twice in the next month and I check this site daily (as it is updated daily) and am pleased with the what I see.
