Is there any soda without cafine?

I was just curious, is there any type of soda out there that DOESN'T harm your teeth in anyway? Like, Peppsi & Coke, usually mess give you yellow teeth if you drink it alot. Thanks!

One of the "healthier" sodas out there has to be that Sierra Mist Free, there is like nothing in that stuff.

It is not the caffeine that messes with the teeth. It is the sugar and the acidity of the drinks. I think most carbonated drinks are acidic and bad for your teeth. Even carbonated water. Many drinks are not caffenated, like 7 up etc. Usually only Colas have caffeine in them.

sprite, but it's not the caffine that screws up your teeth its the sugar. and the only way to get around it is to use a straw

Well caffeine free Diet Coke (the gold ones) will not harm your teeth at all. They contain aspartame which is a chemical that makes you taste something without the use of sugary syrups. Basically this is just carbonated water with sodium to preserve the food coloring. (P.S. Diet pepsi would be the same thing, just a different flavor.)

well caffine isn't what harms your teeth...it's what makes you hyper, however there are many caffine-free sodas out there, just look at the labels. And for the teeth part..no all soda is very high in sugars there for are not only bad for your body,but your teeth too.

Diet A&W Root Beer has no caffine and it hasn't messed with my teeth. I'm 53 and drink it all the time, that is when I'm not drinking coffee..

It's not soda...but Its those 58cents sams choice waters. they are flavored and carbonated...tastes like soda...but has nothing in it, not even sodium like most diet sodas...

and those are water so they wont harm your teeth!

well im pretty sure that all sodas are bad for you in some way but they do sell most sodas in a caffiene-free version. Just limit your drinking and brush your teeth twice a day and you should be okay.

Some cokes don't have caffeine in them now. You'd have to read teh labels.
