Is there any software,or application that lets you put a picture of your face over someone elses in a video???

They did it with tom bergeron or however you spell his last name, on americas funniest home videos. It was hilarious. they'd put a picture of his face into a video over someone elses face. Does anyone know of any software or website or anything that would let you do this??? I need an answer soon. Thanks.

there really is no software, but pretty much any video editing progam will do it. you need to photoshop the image to get just your head, then, u put it in the video editor and you need to use a mask generator.
