Is there any software by which a normal file can be converted into ISO file ?

  1. Ultra ISO or Magic ISO. Both are good.


  2. I use http://freshmeat.net/projects/mkisofs/

  3. an ISO file is a disk image, something like nero or other burning software should be able to do it, you will just need to select the options to burn a disk image rather than a disk.
