Is there any software i can download to stream videos on my BlackBerry curve 8310?

i recently purchased a blackberry curve 8310 and it is one of the greatest phones i have ever used, i can watch/download videos, music, and pictures. however when i attempt to go to youtube or any other website i am unable to stream videos. i can stream audio and download videos but i cant stream them. i was just wondering if there is anything i can do short of purchasing a new phone. i've heard that blackberry is putting out a new OS version that supports streaming and i was also wondering if those are only available in newer versions of phones or if the updates could be downloaded. so if there is any software that will enable me to stream videos i would greatly appreciate a link, if not.....d**n!

With OS 4.5 you will gain this functionality. You are currently limited in what you can do with your 8310 despite it being an awesome phone.

If you do some searching, the 4.5 OS is actually available in BETA and can be downloaded.

Currently the 8310 does not allow youtube and live video streaming. But hang in there it's on it's way. RIM is currently updating the OS to 4.5. This allows youtube, using your phone as a video camera, and tons more features. Go to www.pinstack.com to watch for the os update due out within the next few months.
