Is there any software out there that.......?

Question

does anyone know of a program/software which allows you to input data (customer accounts) and then lets you search by criteria and allow you to have like little pop ups of comments that those customers gave.

e.e. you can search for a customer account, which displays the address etc, and then displays extra information all in one neat go?

is there any software that can meet those requirements, doesn't matter if its not perfect.

Well did u try Microsoft Windows Access. I have used that.
