u can try object dock

its a freeware

u can customize ur desktop to appear similar as Mac OS

I assume you're using Windows.

The most popular customization tool out there is probably Windows Blinds from Stardock software.

It's not free, however it is fairly cheap.

use "gpedit.msc" on run command. You will get so many option(security) to coustomise your desktop.

What operating system do you have?  You should be able to customize through display properties.
