  1. Yes in some cases it is possible to find someones IP address and hack into their computer but this only happens if you with a hacker. There are some easy ways to keep this from happening.

If you set a password to get onto your desktop that adds another wall that the hacker will need to get through. Also, most AV programs like Webroot or Pc-cillin, and McAfee include a Phishing or hacker monitor.

Now if you are using irc as the chat client you can type '//mode $me +x' into the server box to hide your ip and you will be given a pseudo ip.

  2. The best software is Mac OSX running on a Macintosh. Heck, I don't even need an antivirus program. Windows requires too much hardening to be safe. I don't want to be an IT expert; I just want a hassle-free computer.

  3. Ok let me tell u something first,Data connection is only possible via Internet Protocols(IP) and Port, If some one can get you IP and then make a port To your PC,THERE'LL NOTHING THAT YOU CAN DO EVEN BEST ANTSPYES, Now how someone can get these 2 tresure?!

IP: When ever u starting convers in IM u are making an IP CONECTION so the person that u are talking with can get your IP in a first word that u send Him,so very easy

PORT: It can be done just simple as 1 KB file that called SERVER or some times Trojan.SO IF U BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE FILES THAT U ARE TALKING FROM SOMEBODY OR DOWNLOADING FROM ONE SITE U R SAFE!

    ANY QUASTION?! ;)

  4. Yes, it's true. I think a firewall might help. If you have Vista, you are more safe. McAfee has one.

  5. Norton360
