  1. You could try St. John's wort, 5-HTP, or L-Theanine, all of which affect serotnoin levels.

Kava Kava and GABA are very useful for anxiety.

  2. I did it once, there is only one machine in my country based on energy levells of the human...dunno how it's nammed

ask more cuz there sure is one type of percent counting

  3. The body makes serotonin in the brain separately from the rest of the body. It makes serotonin from tryptophan (an amino acid found in protein, bananas), and vitamin B6 primarily, although vitamins and minerals work in concert with each other. The blood-brain barrier separates the blood from the brain and the blood from the rest of the body to help block toxins from entering the brain. Serotonin will not cross the blood-brain barrier, so the brain has to make its own. 5HTP which is one step removed from serotonin will cross the blood brain barrier. The brain needs vitamin B6 to convert 5HTP to serotonin. There are many side issues which can hinder the availability of serotonin for the brain to help keep you calm and positive: the digestive system has to break down food properly to make tryptophan and vitamin B6 available to the brain in adequate levels; the brain's neurochemistry has to be functioning properly so that it doesn't overly reuptake the serotonin into the nerve cells and thereby hinder the serotonin available to keep a person calm and positive; the chemistry to keep a person calm and positive involves other neurotransmitters like norepinephrine and dopamine, so their processing also must be effective. All this is to say that just taking say 5HTP may or may not help. SSRI's like lexapro, celexa, paxil, and zoloft are most often prescribed to make serotonin more available to the brain. St. John's Wort is the best herbal for serotonin availability, but it usually helps mild depression. Severe depression often requires a pharmaceutical prescribed by a psychiatrist.

  4. If I remember correctly, they have herbal pills called St. John's Wart.  I know...sounds weird and gross, but it's for people with mild depression.  It helps my boyfriend.  It wouldn't hurt try.  It is herbal after all!  :)

  5. Are you looking specifically for serotonin or for natural antidepressants in general?  If it's the latter, try St. John's Wort.

Now, not to make assumptions but...

If you believe you have mental health issues or a chemical imbalance you need to consult a doctor immediately.  This stuff does not just go away and is not something to treat on your own.  If you are facing these problems see a professional and let that person help assess and guide you on a treatment regimen if necessary.
