Is there any special form for recommendation letteres?

i want to know is there any special form for recommendation letters or i just need to ask some of my teachers to write for me in a normal paper?

Some places may have a specific form that needs to be filled out (like Law School) but generally you simply ask someone to write a letter of recommendation for you and it is just a letter.

And just as an aside, you should make sure that you post in the right section - yahoo probably suggested here because you had the word special in you question.  You should check in the employment section for more info on recommendation letters.
