I am a student on an F1 visa and I got an offer as a foreign correspondant. what should I do to work legally in the USA? how easy it is ? how long it takes?

  1. Have you US Employer petition you for H1B. Although Fiscal year 2008-2009 application is closed in April, unless your position or employer is quota exempt.
