Note the list incorrectly states the age in Michigan is 19 except for the Detroit casinos. It should say 18 except for Detroit casinos.

In California, you can gamble in the Indian Casinos that do not serve alcohol if you are 18.  Jackson Rancheria in Jackson, CA.

I think most of the Indian Casinos are 18 to gamble, but in Las Vegas and Atlantic City you have to be 21.
