Is there any such thing as a pop up emitter sprinkler?

I am looking for a drainage emitter/sprinkler. The water would be piped from the sump pump to the center of my lawn.

Piping a regular drainage emitter to near the street is too far and a waste of water.

The standard emitters simply emitt gulps of water whenever enough pressure builds. This would damage and erode a spot on the lawn. I need a pop up emitter that will sprinkle the water

Would a regular pop up sprinkler work? or is there not enough pressure comming from randum sump pump bursts?

if the end of the pipe is caped  it should built up enough pressure just put a back-flow restrictor at front end of pipe
