  1. Providing you get plenty of protein, calcium (milk) and zinc you will grow exactly the same amount with or without any height gaining supplements.

    HGH can only help midgets or dwarfs whose pituitary gland is not releasing sufficient HGH and provided their growth plates are still open.  HGH is no effect if the pituitary gland is OK.  The side effects from HGH can be quite horrendous.

    Let me see... There is supplement.. But the effectiveness of the supplement is still unclear.. Most of them didnt publish thier supplement study in the journal. And if so, there's a lot of missing space in their study.. A lot of this supplement contain not only steroid but hormones that promote growth of ur bone.. Be aware that by the time you are 21 when the end bone plate(growth plate) is fuse the bone will not grow longer anymore, but wider.So by taking the supplement that might contain hormones that causing side effect such as gain weight, obesity, and disturbing the other part of the system in our body

    So no supplement that really works for the mean time now...

  3. Unfortunately, no. Your height can't be increased more than you DNA says you're going to grow, no matter what some ads might say. Also, if you're thinking of Growth Hormones, those won't increase your height... it's more for a youthful feeling and can actually be dangerous to take for people under 18 because they are still growing.

    The only way to increase your height more than your DNA says is a risky and painful surgery where they cut your leg in half (literally) and insert little spacers. It's only allowed in a few countries after a person is already fully grown and costs thousands of dollars to get (which insurance would never cover).

    But if you're asking the question, I assume you're not 18 yet and therefore not done growing... just give it time and make sure you avoid things that can stunt your growth like high caffeine intake, smoking, doing drugs, etc. Oh, and make sure you eat healthy and get enough sleep every night because that's when your body recovers from the day and grows the most.
