Is there any surgery that will elongate your neck?

I realise women in the south east and africa wore those things to elongate their necks but what about people outside those cultures lol. Is there any kind of appliance/brace I can wear? Any plastic surgery procedure??? I hate my short neck. My head is like a bobble head on this neck

Your best bet is accept your gene pool. I have heard of exercises and attempts to elongate a persons neck and have never heard one positive outcome. When you are toying with anything close to the spinal column, its your best option to just stay away from it. I think you would choose your legs over your short neck any day, at least I'd hope.

No such surgery. The coils do not elongate the neck itself. They push the collarbones and top ribs down, which is a deformity.
