Yes most of the lady's gyms here have pools but you have to pay a fee and become a member of the gym to use their pool. There are some good gyms in the diplomatic quarter.

i stronly discourage you against going to saudi arabia. it is very dangerous place, because of touch-and-go international relations, improper justice systems, and government corruption, etc. dont risk your life going there! tables could turn immediately, and you might be trapped in the situation - foreigners, especially women, have no power there. you will seriously endanger yourself if you go there.

Yes. All Women gyms have pools. And there's a place in the Diplomatic Quarter it's like a ladies' club. It's called Al-Manahil. My sisters go there all the time. It also has so many different kinds of activities that vary from French lessons to Piano lessons and so on...

It also has a gym with excellent facilities! :D

I strongly recommend it! ;)
