  1. Two things have historically been used to expel gallstones.

The first is taking several tablespoons of olive oil. (Starting with small amounts, and working up to six or eight tablespoons.)

The second is dandelion.  An old folk remedy is: one ounce each of dandelion root, parsley root and lemon balm, and a half ounce of licorice root and ginger root.  Add two quarts boiling water, simmer down to one quart, strain and drink a half glass every two hours.

To prevent the occurrence in the future, eat two cups of  RAW fibrous vegetables daily. (carrots, celery, cauliflower...)

  2. The other person was right in that diet can help to prevent gall stones.  The good news is that if you already have them, you can pass them on your own.  What you need to do is squeeze out the juice of about a dozen lemons or limes, mix into that about 2 ounces of olive oil,  at least a tablespoon each of very finely minced garlic and ginger.  This concoction stinks and is not very pleasant to take but it works like a charm!  Take 2 tablespoons every 15 minutes until it is gone.  Make sure you have a bathroom handy for the next 48 hours or so.  Good luck!

  3. The Self-Help Health Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico has some protocol for using supplements, especially stuff from Standard Process, Inc. of Palmyra, Wisconsin but I don't know what it is. Supposely, it works but I never tried it. I just know someone who says it worked for them.

I do know the previous owner of the place cured me of gout but the people running it now are not the same people.

  4. 4 oz lime juice and 4 oz olive oil  a day will help to dissolve and pass

  5. i had gull stones that lead to pancratitis (sorry dont no if i spelt that right ) but gull stones have to be operated on even if there's just a few don't worry doesn't hurt a bit and you'll feel so much better for having it done . they are the most painfull things ive ever felt my hole life and ive had 2 natural births !!!

  6. Diet control

95% of Gall stones are composed of cholesterol, which comes from all the fatty food we eat. A lot of the patients CT scans that I've read have stones or often sludge(the precusor).

Fissure in the a**s is commonly due to 2 causes: constipation and anal intercourse. For your sake I hope it isn't the second, because you could develop incontinence in the longterm.

Again, a diet rich in fiber reduces constipation entirely.

Psyllium husk mixed with a juice is a good start.
