  1. Of cousre! I would suggest any types of fruit because they are naturally sweet and taste great. I would also suggest eating whole grains such as whole wheat pasta or cereal. Just watch the sugar content in the cereal. I also find that drinking Vanilla Soymilk stops unhealthy cravings. I buy Silk soymilk, by the way. Hope this helps.

  4. eat a Turkey line beef all fish line pork chicken Brest  only,  and lot of vegetables. no peas

    if u have chicken strips and spinach!!!

    all you do is put some chicken and spinach in a pan and use some garlic and other seasonings

    wait for the spinach to wilt or w.e ahha

    and then vuala!!!

    and its only like 110 calories and its soooo tasty!!!

    trust me you should try it !!!

  6. Any food you eat in excess will make you gain weight, so it's really all about moderation...

    But tasty foods that have less fat content are salmon or fish in general (not fried), some middle eastern foods (hummus is good), sushi is less fattening then a lot of foods... pretty much stay clear from fried foods, or foods with lots of unnecessary sauce.
