  1. The IRS has several job where you can work from home several days a week.  Revenue Agents and Revenue Officers are two of the job positions.  For most of the other positions you have to be either of the the two I listed first then move up.  Check usajobs. (not sure if it is gov or com, sorry).  Must be US citizen, 18 and no felonies.

    You file your returns just like any other salaried individual. If the company you work for has TDS facility, you should get a Form-16 from them; if you do or do not, you need to file your returns and pay the tax outstanding at that time. You can do this online at http://myitreturns.com - I found this very good and easy to use.

    If (I know a few of this category) the Company deducts whatever they call as TDS and refuse to give you any Certificate, you need to pay double tax since there is no proof of them having paid tax on behalf of you.
