Is there any technique I can do to avoid calf cramps before I run on the treadmill?

I'm trying a routine of intervals (run@ highspeed for 2 minutes and then go slow for 2)But,after like 1 or 2 times of running my calves will tighten up and I have to stop my workout completely.I know one of the causes is Dehydration (I drink 6-8 bottles of water a day),not enough sleep (I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep) and Vitamin deficiency (I take a GNC vitapak everyday).How do I warm up on the treadmill?

  1. you need to warm ur muscles before u strech  go like 2 minits on the treadmill and then stop and stretch ensureing ur calves are properly streched then u can continue ur normal workout


  2. you just gotta stretch nice and good first.

  3. stretching and eating bananas. bananas cure cramps so i here from my grandma, and grandmas are suppose to be at the top of the medicine except for like doctors and stuff
