Wrong section.  This section is about the Special Ed. classes for students with DISABILITIES.

I'm not sure if you are referring to a "Pencil Test" which tests the animation in rough before you begin to ink and color it or if you are referring to a course in animation and the diploma you get afterwards?

Regardless of whether this is the wrong section or not, people still deserve an answer rather than a "wrong section" notice for some troll to collect points.
