  1. liver snaps

  2. saltine crackers, dry toast, club soda with lime or lemon, ginger ale, sometimes coke it will make you burp

  3. NO!!!!!!!!  If it's bad enough, like your losing more than 10 - 15 pounds the doctor will prescribe something for you.  Everyone is different though so what works for one person might not work for someone else.  I found sour things helped me a little - and ginger actually sucking on the root - it was nasty but it worked.

  4. Apparently 25mg of vitamin B6 three times a day, or even up to a total of 125 mg per day is supposed to help.

I never experienced any let up in my nausea, but my friend insists that it helped her.  You have to take it religiously, and adjust the dose.

    Maybe it will help you.

  5. Eat some saltines before even getting out of bed in the morning (also, sleep as late as you can, I found my MS was worse if I had to get up really early).  Eat frequent small meals throughout the day, the key is to not let your stomach get really empty.  I also had a lot of luck with peppermint and ginger tea, ginger chews and ginger pills.  Ginger ale hardly ever has real ginger in it, so don't waste your money on that.  Good luck to you--it doesn't last forever!!

  6. Take vitamins, drink water, and don't move around a lot.

  7. I tried everything that helped with morning sickness even the medicine that the doctor gave me but nothing helped. I just decided that I could get through it and at week 12 everything went away. Good luck too you
