Yes there all all kinds of them. From poolrooms to bars. There are many places that have pool tournaments. I love to play in them myself.  Good luck

Yes, there are local tournaments all over the world.  Check your local pool hall for information.  Or search online in your area.

There are tours all over.  Check www.azbilliards.com, or www.azpoolscene.com.
