Sincerity Travel do not have a company in the UK.  

I strongly suspect that you are being scammed...especially if you have been given an address which includes a telephone number that starts 44 70 because that type of number is a "find me anywhere in the world" mobile number.

Do not send these people any money because you will never see a work permit or visa from them.
