I think you professor sounds like an idiot lol... I had a boy 3 months ago, and me and my husband we at it like rabbits since before getting pegnant and during pregnancy. So have less intercourse is not likely to have a boy.

I dont think there is anyway you can make a boy or girl, it just happens. Enjoy the fact that you have a baby at the end of it, dont dwell on the gender.

My college biology prof said there was some evidence that couples who have s*x more frequently were slightly more likely to have a girl. But I don't know if this correlates to being more likely to have a boy if you have s*x less frequently.

My college biology prof also said that having lots of boys seemed to be genetic. Especially if you look at a man's family and there are lots of males.

To my best knowledge it all about alkaline and acidity exchange of fluid during intercourse..

If a women have o****m first then its a boy

If a man ejaculate in less than 5 minutes it a girl

Its a theory....old wise tale ,try it for size

Me and my husband would like a boy also, so I've tried to research this as well. I think I read this on webMD that the male sperm don't usually swim as fast as the girl sperm. To help them, it said to have the man drink a strong cup of coffee about 30 minutes before s*x. I think the caffiene is supposed to help them swim faster.  As for the position, since they don't swim as fast they need to be "deposited" as close to the egg as possible to give them a better chance to get to the egg first. It recommended any position with deeper penetration, ie doggy-style.

Of course, I have no personal knowledge if this really works because we've been TTC for 2 years and no baby yet!
