Is there any type of eyeliner to apply on your waterline?

I was just wondering if anyone knew if there is an eyeliner that stays on when applied to your waterline

You should definately not use liquid eyeliner on your waterline because as it is liquid it does not stay put and can often slide into the eye which can sting or possibly even harm your eyes.

When applying eyeliner on the waterline, try using a soft kohl eyeliner because it applies very well, doesn't sting or get into the eyes and stay put for a long time.

A good brand is Rimmel Kohl Eyeliner, tried and tested by me :)

in my experience, no not really, no matter how expensive the eyeliner it is still going to run, the best thing to do is apply it to your lash line, or just apply it to your top lash line

eyeliner will usually smear if you have watery eyes.

go to ebay and type in "hashmi kajal"

I buy mine in bulk from pakistan and sell them here for five bucks.

its the ONLY eyeliner that will not smudge. Its also good for your sight and gives your eyes a cool sensation
