Is there any under 16 jobs in Swansea?

I need to raise money to get a season ticket for Swansea city football club. Any job will do.

The most obvious one is newspaper delivery, you could try the evening post.  I think my friend's nephew works in a stall in the market, maybe you could ask around there? You could also create your own work - offer to do gardening/ housework/ cleaning cars for your neighbours, get some leaflets printed up and deliver them through letterboxes. I've got no idea of the going rate for that kind of work unfortunately.

Other than that your choices are probably very limited, not many people will want to employ someone under 16 and I think the law is very strict with employment of under-16s
