Is there any university in the world that delivers a career in Customer Service?

I want to study a career and i have read so much about Customer Service and the relevance that is it for any business, where i can study a career that will give me a BA or a Diploma, and even is possible an MBA in Customer Service. Does it exist, or will i have to create it?
