Is there any use to bindweed?

you know this stuff that takes over everything, is it eatable, and medicinal uses? anything else it might be used for

  1. Actually, because of the way it spreads and the deep, deep roots, it would be good to help hold up a hillside and prevent soil erosion.

  3. Check out the link below.  According to this site (don't know if it's legitimate or not) it depends on what species you have.

    You know you're playin' with fire, right?  While some plants may resemble what you think you have, it's possible to get confused and wind up ill or poisoned.  I hope you pull it up by the roots before it takes over your yard.  Be careful, okay?
