Is there any vacuums out there that do regular vacuuming & do deep cleaning or do I have to buy them seperate?

or do i have to buy two seperate machines ?

all the steam cleaners I've seen say not to use them dry. If you did find one it would be so expensive you could probably buy a have doz. vacs.
