Is there any visa problem if I am travelling to Paris (France) or Milan (Italy) from Stuttgart (Germany)?

  1. It completely depends where you are from. If you are an EC passport holder then you don't need a visa. If you are travelling by land to France or Italy from Germany then chances are nobody will even look. If you are flying you need a passport (or an ID card) to board the plane.

    You have to check with your local Passport Office / Consulate.


  2. I'm assuming that you hold a Schengen visa for Germany. Check it for any country restrictions. If there are none, you are good to go.

  3. All countries are signatories to the Schengen agreement, and therefore if you hold a Schengen visa, then you can visit all three countries

    The necessity for a visa of course depends on you nationality (which you have not mentioned so it is difficult to confirm one way or the other).  Assuming you do require this, then you need to apply at the embassy of the country which will be your main destination (most time spent).  If this is not known, then it is to the embassy of the country of which is the entry point to the Schengen zone.
