Is there any vitamins I could take in pregnancy to help babies eye development?

Hi, I am expecting in April, I have an 8 yr old son who has an Astigmatism and my nine month daughter has a slight lazy eye! So I was wondering if there is anything I could take to try and help this baby with good eye development.

Well now there is something in carrots that is good for eyes....but you ought to ask the doc.

No.  Any vitamins you take will just supplement your own stores.  The developing baby will take what it is programmed to take.
