I have been on a diet program for a little over two months now and have lost 30 pounds. I want to lose 30 more but my weight loss seems to have come to a halt. I work a full time job and have a 4month old baby to take care of so the only time i can go jogging is on weekends. I Do have a very physically demanding job and i was wondering if there was any kind of vitamin or pill or something that helps promote fat burning. Any help to reach my goal would be great.
