I have a sum spare time during the week and i would like to help out,maybe do sum charity work.

any ideas?

UNICEF is a United Nations program for children's issues. That would be an outstanding way to get started as a volunteer. Also I am sure there are local hospitals that could use volunteers. You could also volunteer to help in your community via the International Red Cross, or even try your religious organization to see if they need help in soup kitchens and the like. Good luck. I think it's great that you even pose this question. We all need to pitch in regardless of where we live in this world.
