Is there any way I can change the 'max_input_time' value for my php scripts on yahoo! small business server?

I require large uploads from my site via a php script. About 4 minutes into the upload, it stalls and I receive an IO error. I assume this is because of the default timeout. I know I can't access php.ini myself, is there any way I can have the max_input_time value changed? Or is it the default Apache timeout?
