  1. The question is why do you care? Housing values have risen in the past and are now dropping so what someone paid has no intrinsic value on the home now. But if you must know. Go to the newspaper archives and look up when it was sold and for how much when titles are transfered it is published in the paper as in the amount sold for.

  2. The county recorders office has all you need to know. It is public record.

  3. Depends on what that Counties website will allow the public to see on line.  If not online, you can go to the courthouse/assessors office and inquire. It is public information.

  4. Most probably not.  You can check Sebastian County to see if they have an arrangement with LandShark or similar, to search and print real estate records for a fee.  If not, you will have to use other means to discover what you want to know.

  5. You might want to try  http://www.zillow.com/

  6. Try entering the address of the house in http://www.zillow.com and check sales history at the bottom of the page.
